Judy and Keith go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The thoughtful snacks and bottled water provided were a lovely touch and the view from the sitting room was breathtaking. Judy made delicious breakfasts on both days of our stay and was incredibly accommodating with the timings. It really felt like staying with friends and I hope we get the chance to return again soon!

Judy is incredibly prompt and helpful with her communications. She is unbelievably accommodating & made us feel at home. The daily breakfast was amazing and little treats each evening were very much appreciated!. We've already booked to return. Judy & Keith go above and beyond for their guests. You leave feeling like great friends - yet are given all the privacy you need/want. The house and rooms are in top condition, everything is spotless and the location can't be beat. We visited over winter and are looking forward to returning in summer when we can have a drink on the deck and watch the waves crash on the beach! The setup is perfect for a family or 2 couples.

Judy was a welcoming and attentive host. Her attention to small details (like a plate of cupcakes awaiting our arrival and a refreshing fruit platter after returning back after a day out) made our stay even more special. You can't beat the beach view from your own private balcony! The home is modern, clean and spacious. Beds are comfy and a fluffy bathrobe is hung in your closet. A delicious, satisfying breakfast is served with a view of the ocean. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

We had an amazing time in Napier. Amazing location, right at the beach and only a short drive into Napier city central..Judy made us feel right at home. The house has an amazing view and the breakfast was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while in Napier

My family and I had a lovely time at Judy & Keiths B & B. They were professional and friendly and added to the experience. The property had a lovely view. Thanks for being amazing hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful house. You both added to our great time in Napier. We will be back again soon.

The location is quiet and peaceful with great views and stunning sunrises and sunsets. Vineyards and other tourist attractions are very accessible. The accomodation is modern and very comfortable. The hosts were extremely helpful and hospitable. The perfect place for a "get - away"! Totally enjoyed myself, and will recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay with Judy and Keith in July this year. The house is immaculate and the views to-die-for. Nothing was too much trouble, they really went the extra mile to make us feel at home. We thoroughly recommend Aaramzel

Just a quick note to thank you for our recent stay. We were truly blown away by the amazing views looking out at the ocean. Our room was lovely clean, modern & comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the guest lounge looking out to the sea. Breakfast was another highlight, extremely yum! Would highly recommend your Homestay to anyone wanting something rather special.
